story – Goreyan Nu Daffa Karo (2014) The plot takes off from Najjar Singh’s (Yograj Singh) home who is a supreme leader of a backward village and hates the white people from the core of his heart. But his elder grandson Roop (Aman Khatkar) who is in Canada, falls in love with a Gori. Havin no chance of convincing his grandfather, Roop asks his younger brother Kala (Amrinder Gill) to convince Najjar Singh for this marriage. The clever mind, Kala acquires the help of Maan Sahib (Binnu Dhillon) to fit the jack. While settling his elder brother, Kala himself falls for a Punjabi Gori girl Alisha (Amrit Maghera).
Amrinder Gill is looking more and more confident in the acting everytime he comes on the big screen and in this movie he has looked the best by far. This has been Amrinder Gill’s best acting performance till date. Aman Khatkar was earlier seen playing a cameo in Gippy Grewal starrer Mirza (2012). It’s the first time he has come at front to show his acting skills and we must say he looks promising in the character he has been given in the movie. Binnu Dhillon has been doing the role of a limelight in every movie and again he has done the same in this movie. He has been absolutely superb in the character of Maan Sahib. Amrit Maghar, the London born girl is making her debut with this movie and she has done a decent job. Karamjit Anmol and Rana Ranbir are tremendous with their different looks and their humorous characters. Yograj Singh has looked as dynamic as his young age in the character of grandfather. Sardar Sohi and Terence Winkless have also played their parts well enough.
The screenplay of the movie is unique and good, As we have already mentioned, these aspects have looked to be worked very hard upon. Story, screenplay and dialogs complement each other and to the characters throughout the complete duration of the movie.
Music and Background Score – All Music tracks of Movie are wonderful but Songs like ‘Goreyan Nu Daffa Karo’ Song’ , ‘Pyaar Tere Da Assar ’ and ‘Chadhi Ae Jawani’ are best tracks of the albums. (Mine Fav. Too :D) . Music is composed by Jatinder Shah.
Last Words – I am sure, you will love this movie and want to watch it with your family again & again . It is a complete entertaining & family punjabi movie. Go and watch movie in theaters DON’T MISS IT.
