One of the most familier comedy artist Jaspal Bhatti (Film actor and Punjabi comedian) who died in road accident just one day before the release of his Punjabi comedy movie POWER CUT. Everyone want to see Jaspal bhatti last comedy stuff which he starts doing from his TV show Ulta Pulta. Firstly Power cut movie is scheduled to be release in Summer 2012 but due to some production problems release date of movie is delayed. Power Cut movie expected to be a Laughter Therapy after the release of first Promo, even this therapy becomes more affective by adding Comedy Kings like Jaswinder Bhalla, B.n Sharma, Gurchet Chittarkar and more. In this movie, Jaspal Bhatti also introduces new faces like Jasraj Bhatti (Son of Jaspal Bhatti), Surilie Gautam and Zafar Khan. from the name Power Cut, film story looks like parody on PSEB (Punjab State Electricity Board) due to long power cuts in Punjab. But whole movie revolves around the Love Triangle of Three of Jasraj, Surilie and Zafar.
In the Movie, Pala(Jaspal Bhatti) and Bala (Jaswinder Bhalla) are two Clown (Bhand) brothers, who have many Electricity problems due which they both put lot of pressure on Electricity Board Department. On the other hand theie Son Current (Zafar Ali) fall in love with a Girl named Bijli (Surilie Gautam) and she also loves him. But Current is jobless and Bijla decided to teach him a leason , so they will get a job and they get Married. Bijli make fake relationship with Anhu (Jasraj Bhatti), so that Current gets jealous and start concentrating on his future. On the FLip side , two Brothers Pala and Bala keep solving electricity problems of common peoples.

Everyone enjoyed the Comedy of Jaspal Bhatti & Jaswinder Bhalla and Love Chemitry of these Three Fresh Faces in the movie alot. They done fantastic job including Savita Bhatti, B.N. Sharma, Harpal Singh, Gurchet Chittarkar, Rajesh Puri and Prem Chopra (guest appearance) in their characters. Music of the movie is very good. All Songs are very liked by audience.
In the compendium, Power Cut is very Enjoyable movie and deservers 8 out of 10. This movie is a complete family entertainment Package.
